By downloading, installing, or using FitFoodie ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FitFoodie is a nutrition tracking application that helps users:

• Capture and analyze food images using AI technology
• Track nutritional intake and dietary goals
• Monitor eating habits and nutrition history
• Receive personalized nutrition insights

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the App and to update such information as necessary.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Premium Features

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.

5.3 Free Trial

If you sign up for a free trial, you will be charged the subscription fee when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FitFoodie and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitFoodie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where FitFoodie operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
